Each caregiver must pass a strict background check, as well as drug screenings, both before hire and randomly after hire.

Background Checks
We do everything we can to ensure the integrity of our caregivers, including detailed background checks, employment history verification, and review of driving records.
Drug Screenings
Screenings are administered both before hire and periodically after hire.
Skill Checks
All have met the qualifications for at least one certification, including state tested nurse aide, credentialed home health aide, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and specialist in senior care.
